Booking and Deposits

  • A deposit is required for each booking to reserve your appointment time.
  • The deposit is applied toward your final invoice and is not an extra fee.
  • Deposits are refundable unless the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service are non-refundable.

Scheduling and Access

  • Customers must provide accurate contact, vehicle, and service-location details at booking.
  • You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.
  • If service conditions are unsafe or inaccessible, Vanity Suds may reschedule the appointment.

Pricing and Payment

  • Published prices are starting rates and may vary by vehicle size, condition, and selected add-ons.
  • Final pricing is confirmed at service based on vehicle condition and requested scope.
  • Remaining balance is due upon completion of service.

Service Outcomes

  • Results may vary based on paint condition, interior wear, staining, and prior damage.
  • Some defects may be improved but not fully removed during standard detailing services.
  • Customers should report concerns at the time of service completion.

Liability

  • Vanity Suds is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or fragile aftermarket components.
  • Customers are responsible for removing valuables from the vehicle before service.

Changes to Terms

  • These terms may be updated from time to time.
  • The latest version on this page applies to future bookings.
