Our Story
From high school classmates to business partners, Vanity Suds was built from a shared love for cars and real-world detailing.
How It Started
Jonah and Jakobi went to high school together but didn't really connect back then. After graduation, they started hanging out, attending car shows, and going to automotive events together.
Over time, that friendship turned into a partnership. Because of their shared passion for cars and hands-on detailing, they decided to start Vanity Suds together to bring quality mobile detailing to the Greater Pittsburgh area.

Jonah
In high school, Jonah spent 3 years in auto collision repair and refinishing, earned an advanced score, and received state certifications. His first car was a Pontiac Grand Prix GT, and he later bought a BMW E92 as a graduation gift to himself. He’s always been into cars, car shows, and local events.

Jakobi
Jakobi shares the same passion for car culture and detailing. He regularly attends shows and events with Jonah, and brings a detail-first mindset focused on clean execution, consistency, and quality results on every vehicle.
